Hi I’m Amanda, and I’m The Naptime Yogi. I started this as a new mom trying to fit yoga in wherever I could. The best time to do so? Baby's naptime!
This journey began as a desire to help other moms fit some yoga and self-care into their busy schedules and it has expanded into helping people from all walks of life become more aware in their bodies and heal themselves.
I currently hold a 200hr-YTT certificate through Uplifted Yoga as well as a certification in anatomy. Uplifted is a method of yoga focusing on anatomy in the poses and spinal alignment to ensure we hold proper space and do not injure ourselves.
Remember, the pose is not the goal!
